Cancelled meetings and meetings that take way shorter of a time than usual made for a great day. I left for Mallory’s in record time. She made us a chicken dinner with pilaf and corn. I call this white people food and I don’t mind it one bit.

I was able to get JJ to take fake naps which was calming. And he loved the Frozen favour bag I brought back for him from Emmy’s party.

I did however drink a little too much wine mixed with not enough sleep. I knocked out for a short bit after John got back. Whoops.

I came home to Rosanna & Duy’s wedding invite! I’m excited and need to take that Monday off. One and only wedding this year and I’m surprisingly okay with it. I’m wedding out from the past decade filled with them.

The drive was pretty brutal since I slept super late and woke up quite early. I came home and pretty much did nothing.

I did make a delicious dinner though! I used the extra seafood boil sauce we bought and froze. Shrimp, octopus, potatoes, jalapeno sausage, mushrooms and corn. Freaking spicy but delicious.

I need to learn how to make the sauce the way restaurants do so I don’t have to go out for it ever again! Patsy makes pretty good sauce so I need to reach out to her to share it with me.

We celebrated Gordon’s Birthday today. Since Coronavirus is going a little crazy and Grandma can easily get it, we decided to do dinner at Kenny’s instead. Good food, great sweets.

I love when Rizzo sleeps so peacefully. Love him so much.

Work this week has been a little too much. Coming back to so many issues got me going crazy. We had set up a happy hour a couple of weeks ago to vent and get away from the office. Christopher has been sick since last week so he was in quarantine. Juhi was on a bachelorette party. It was just Wacko, TJ and me but it was still great.

We talked about so many different things. We laughed a lot, like this picture where Wacko drinks with his pinky up and was freezing his butt off. We talked about way back when we knew one another and how. We talked about if we were different in the office and outside of the office.

I’m not sure when our next one is but I’m ready for round two! The weekend is almost here and although I just went on a vacation, I’m ready for my next one.

I’ll always receive a cake on Valentine’s Day! It’s been a year since I’ve been on Reddit. Technically it’s been longer but I had to build a new profile when a crazy person found out who I am and stalked me on it. So happy cake day to me!

Work went by so quickly and so quietly. I was so happy I got a lot of work done especially since I’ll be out of the office for a few days next week!

I left work an hour early since I’ve been working a lot of hours and picked up wine and goodies as well as my orthodontics before heading over to Mallory’s.

It’s been somewhat of a tradition where I go over and hang out with her on this day since we reunited after college so I’ll take it as long as I can. I bought JJ a present, surprise Paw Patrol box and he got Chase. Jacob was all smiles today as well.

This year Beth joined in on the festivities. We had wine, chocolate covered strawberries, Wingstop, and heart cookies.

After a while John came home and we (John, Beth and I) headed to the Pokemon gym to fight some big shot. I rarely play unless on vacation but they needed the extra help. We met up with a guy named Brandon and we won. After a while hanging out, Beth and I headed home.

Ending the night with this little poopster is always my favourite. Will always cuddle with you and love you no matter how long you leave him.
