[2018] 037/365: Pine Nut Ice Cream

I seriously cannot get over how delicious and light this ice cream is. I am hoping Scruffy will want to go back with me soon because I’m running out! I’ve looked for some recipes on it and hopefully find one enticing enough to make.

I’ve also been busy searching for jobs and am lucky to even get interviews with so many people unemployed. Funny thing Mum said to me: “You always get interviews, but not jobs.” Haha, that is true. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Today was so chill. Woke up late, submitted my taxes, then watched TVB with Rizzo before heading downstairs to hang out with Scruffy and his family.

[2018] 036/365: Cooking Without A Plan

I’m so happy with how well tonight’s dinner came out. Ashy made rice and the chicken and I made the green beans with mushrooms. We mixed it all together and it came out great! I don’t know the measurements but I used green beans, mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, water, and sugar. That’s it! So simple.

[2018] 032/365: Two Little Puppies On The Stairs

I brought Luna home last night and she’s been having a ball. Literally. She’s always with a ball in her mouth. When she’s not though, she’s bugging Rizzo or Rocky or taking a nap. This girl has so much energy. I’m excited for her to be calm. She would be the best pup.

[2018] 030/365: Family Dinner at Scruffy’s

I finally finished a novel super early this morning ! I couldn’t put it down and ended up sleeping at four in the morning. Whoops.

We had dinner at Scruffy’s tonight with his grandparents of fetticinie Alfredo made by Ashy.

I’m now currently watching the rest of this Chinese soap opera at Andrew’s and hoping we get some Game of Thrones in tonight.

[2018] 027/365: Drugged-Up Rizzo

Rizzo had his first dental cleaning today and it went well! His teeth are pearly white and his stinky breath isn’t there anymore. I’m certain after a couple meals later, his breath will be back especially since he eats a fish based diet. He’s currently drugged-up and it’s a little hilarious to watch him.
