PV.Body Takes Over The Blogosphere By Storm

I’m actually using WordPress to write this post. Ah … haven’t done that since I first blogged! Sorry if the pictures are alkjer! I don’t know how to fix it through this.

Anyway, we’re here to talk about some fitness clothing. I will do my Christmas weekend in the next post or something.

I’m not going to lie … I’m cheap. I work out in my tees and basketball shorts and every time I see some cool fitness clothing when I’m shopping, I sadly put it down. I don’t have the dough for that kind of stuff.

PV.Body contacted me to become an ambassador and I jumped at the chance. I’ve never been an ambassador so I feel pretty cool. I did get a free package  just so I can see what it’s all about. Also so that I’m not just writing gibberish. These are my opinions though sooo keep that in mind.

PV.Body sent me my clothes in just a few weeks! Let’s keep in mind it’s Christmas month aka busy mail month. So to me, it was fast. They put it in a sparkly pink bag and wrapped each clothing in pink tissue paper. They are careful with their product!

I got a NUX Infinity Adjustable T-Back in Plumeria and an American Apparel Performance Sportswear in Black.

The top alone is $45 … I’m not sure how much the bottoms cost but it is from American Apparel …

How did it feel on? Amazing. Everything felt smooth and for once I felt like a runner. You can choose what type of activity you do and where and they customize to that.

I would show you it on my body .. but my body isn’t that great so I don’t want anyone to throw up. 😉

The only thing I didn’t like about it was that I couldn’t get a size larger for my chest area so that everything fit. It fits but not loose enough where I felt comfortable to step outside in. Big chested girls and all. They only have Small, Medium, and Large. Keep that in mind my friends.

Jared, Painting, Red Dawn, 5k Race

Got to see Jared last night. Gave me a tour of his apartment, had a beer or two and talked, showed me something he’s working on … music wise, then went to Cane’s for dinner. Sometimes some friendships just work. I’ve only seen him one other time in 5 years and that was a good month or so ago. Love when you’re able to just talk. It’s kind of funny actually. Back when we were in high school I was the talker and he would listen and only talked when he felt necessary. Our roles are reversed now. I’m more reserved and he’s more outgoing. It works. Surprising how 5 years can change a person.

The sky during my 5k Run.

I used this run as my 5k Race time for the virtual Gobbler Gallop For The Love of The Kids. 00:47:31. Time might suck for y’all real runners but it’s better than I thought. Especially since I started running again 2 weeks and 2 days ago … and skipping 3 of my scheduled running days due to going to San Antonio. Yes I know. No excuses so to me I’m just happy I finished. Fracture is a little twingy but other than that I feel great.

Tonight is baking time and prepping for tomorrow’s Thanksgiving Dinner. Eeep!!

And hopefully in the morning I’ll be able to go to 24 hour Fitness and try out the Yoga-lates class. Yay for 3 day passes! 🙂

Where Do You Get Motivation?

Some people can just wake up and go. Some can just get off work and go. Some just … Go.

Me? I need help. I tend to go in search of inspirational quotes or some pretty good looking before and after and so on.

So I went ahead and made a Tumbr here > Mouthwatering Morsel’s Motivation < where I can just reblog them. This doesn’t mean my blog is going anywhere. MwM’s Motivation is for me to get that motivation. That’s all. But if you’re like me and need to see it to do it … then go ahead and check it out.

This whole Tumblr thing might be a bad idea though because I just made it last night and I’m already following 60+ Fitness/Health Tumblrs and stayed on for a good 2 hours.

Whoa.

After work today, it’s filled with packing for San Antonio, baking yummy goodies for people, and most importantly, working out.

In All Honesty

I went a little crazy yesterday and did 30DS Level 1 along with a 25 minute walk/run. Then because I didn’t feel anything, I did some planks. For some weird reason, I love planks. I’ve always told y’all how I dislike Jillian Michaels because she’s just SO annoying. And watching her on screen just makes me want to drop kick her. But her methods work. I’ve seen people’s results so I stopped complaining about having to see and listen to her and started doing.

Today I was hoping to feel a little burn and soreness but nope. Felt nothing still so I went and did the 30DS Level 1 and some planks. I feel the soreness a little but it’s so miniscule it’s pretty much nothing. Ask me again tomorrow. But seriously, what is going on? Who am I? I love it and hope it’s here to stay.

Maybe it’s because my body knows I’m going to San Antonio this weekend and I more then likely will skimp out on my workouts. I’m not being negative. I’m just being honest with myself … and to my readers. I know how I am when I’m not in the comfort of my own home – where I don’t know the paths for runs. So why play it up. Why lie? I more than likely won’t work out Thursday – Sunday. There I said. it.

Will I regret it? Yeah, I probably should because I’ll be eating out a whole lot and drinking here and there – alcohol or not. But in all honesty, no. Because I haven’t seen these people who I call my friends for a long while. Because I rarely go out anymore now that all I do is work and save up money. Because I need to have fun once in a while.
