Whittle Update

School is about to be in full swing. Which means FTK is already planning away. I wonder how it’ll be like since Bob and Cindy are gone. I still want to see how they do but I’m afraid to see it be worse. I doubt it will be because the new chairperson is freaking awesome from what I can see. I just hope they raise enough money For The Kids. That’s the most important thing.

Mum now feels the pressure on my brother’s wedding since it’s in 50 days! She hasn’t shopped for a dress or accessories. And now I’m put into a position of having to help her find one in a few days in case she needs alterations or whatnot. Hopefully she’ll find her dress at the first store because shopping sucks and when you’re shopping for something specific, it sucks even more. Why can’t we all wear the same thing? I wish I lived in another era where the clothes were more alike. Like all women wore Victorian dresses or some shit and guys were in their getup.

82 days until Hong Kong, Macau, and Thailand. I cannot wait to see my family and for BIL and future SIL to experience it with us! We’re in the planning stages and it’s still kind of up in the air. But I saw we can do tours on elephants in Thailand. Poor ele-s! But …it seemed kind of cool. haha I can’t wait to be on a nice beach on the other side of the world. It’s gonna be amazeballs! Hopefully BIL can take the crazy sun and future SIL can take all the walking. Eeeps!

Since the car crash, and stupid injuries I got along the way, I’m finally able to workout a bit and I’m so excited and happier. All I want to do at work is to go home, workout, and play the guitar. It was something I use to do daily and I had to stop because of the car accident. Although too much reps in the arms makes me want to rip my collarbone off and my sprain hasn’t fully healed … among other things, I’m pacing myself and I’m loving every second of it. I wrote out my whole month plan and so far I’m able to keep up with it. If I can’t do it one day, I make sure I do both days in one. I hope I don’t fall off because of my schedule.

Did my first workout for the month. Maybe I’ll put it up here one day? I feel accomplished afterward so that’s good. I’m trying this whole documenting thing. Yah know … a little workout notebook. Hopefully that works out as well. I tend to stop documenting after a few times. Fracture doesn’t hurt much right now. Ask me again tomorrow. I think it’ll be okay … eek. It’d be nice to look like Beyonce. Not going to lie. I’ll check her out if she was right in front of me. She’s got a good bod. Jealous! But she works SUPER hard for it. Channel Beyonce.

I am like that baby throwing a fit. I’ve finished Gossip Girl … except for Season 6 since it’s not on Netflix. Wahh. Does anyone know where I can watch it? Is it only on Hulu+? I’m thinking about getting that. Everyone sleeps with everyone on that show. And backstab each other every chance they get … yet they stay best friends. Only in shows. But I love it.

I’ve started on Felicity now. Old ass show … but I always loved the main three characters and was too young to watch it fully. Felicity uses a tape recorder recording her words to her friend that lives far away. TAPE. RECORDER. And they talk about beepers. WOW! Brings back memories. Time does fly. Love that most of them still act.

[2013] 018/365: Ellie Deserves A Second Chance

After the whole PV.Body debacle, many people decided not to give Ellie a chance.

I was so close to doing the same because what they did was wrong … but I gave them a second chance. Everyone deserves a second chance. Plus, I’m not picky in what I wear to workout … as long as it covers up the majority of my body parts AND it doesn’t chafe … I’m good.

I’ve worn these to workout in three times since I’ve gotten them in case you were wondering.

This is literally what I picked from Ellie. I’m lazy and this just looks good. Given … it looks nothing like this when I wear it. More like a fat burrito with all the fixin’s wanting to get out.

Tempt Me Racerback | $39.95

I love this racerback … and I rarely say that to tops because they always get all up in my business. That’s what happens when you have a big bust. But this fits perfectly. Much more comfortable then that name brand they sent over when they were still PV.Body. I obviously had to wear a sports bra underneath, but that’s normal. Oh and its super absorbent and dries SUPER SUPER fast.

The only bad thing I have to say though is the panels in the front and the middle of the back are holes. I wished it was a double layer so that it covered that up. Love the design, hate the holes.

Love Struck Legging | $69.95

I love the thickness of them … but yet they are thin. And it keeps me super warm on these last few days of coldness. The legging part is much more comfortable to me then the other name brand ones I got from them when they were PV.Body.

The only complaint I have about them is the waistband. The one they sent when they were PV.Body was way better. I wished it was a little wider so that it uh … covers up my fat. I would say the waistband does move around a little when I do a more vigorous activity. But for lifting and whatnot … it works perfectly.

I understand Ellie is a new line so they’re sticking with usual colors like black, grey, blue, and pink … but it’d be nice if they branched out a little. Can’t wait when that does happen!

And don’t be discouraged by my negative comments. I love both the pieces for different reasons. But in all good things, there are bad. Everyone likes things differently.

6 Months

Today marks half a freaking year … since I’ve been at my big girl job. I’ve met some amazing people that’s made me grow. In my work life AND personal life. I’m glad I have a pretty good balance. Sometimes I focus on work too much and give up my friends but they’re all some amazing friends that understand. Best friendships.

I did a second round for the week of the Jessica Simpson’s Duke of Hazzard Workout.

Who wouldn’t want that body? Ughh … dreaming.

It was harder this time around since I was already sore but no big deals. I beasted that shiet.

I at least got to watch a movie while doing so.

A Little Bit of Heaven … Kate Hudson’s in it … and she has cancer.

Sad movie but it was pretty good. Crying while working out because of a sad movie is the new big thing!

Random talk: Why do random people I don’t know keep trying to add me on Facebook? Facebook is getting creepy and it makes me sad.

Realizations

Oh fudge.

Bad Realizations:

  • No dress for wedding that’s at the end of THIS month! Where do people buy nice dresses?! Bleugh!
  • Business trip to New Orleans is NEXT weekend! And I found out we all have to present something. Crud.
  • I touch my face and hair TOO much. That means bad skin and oily hair! Eek! Already not doing well for that resolution.
  • My wisdom teeth has got to GO. It’s pushing on the side of my other teeth since it’s growing incorrectly. Boo.

On the upside:

  • I LOVE bows and have been searching for a pretty bow ring but haven’t found one that I like.
  • I want to FOCUS more on my art and my music … my hobbies.
  • I want to start VLOGGING but I have nothing to talk about but it seems cool to do.

Who’s done Day 2 of the PV.Body 30 Day Challenge?!

It’s a 30 Minute Full Body Workout. I only did 1x each circuit. Hopefully that still counts. And hey, at least I got off my butt and did something right?

It’s a plus that she’s wearing the same exact clothes I got from PV.Body. Yay!

Tomorrow’s my day off … but I just might go in for a few hours so I can you know … slack off another day. 😉
