[2018] 266/365: Best Meal with Once Upon a Time

My favourite past time is having a meal with a side of a good show.

I can never get sick of crab stuffed salmon. When I was younger I was not a big fan of seafood. As I get older that’s all I ever want!

I’m only on season two of seven of Once Upon a Time and so much has already happened. There are so many story lines to keep track of. It’s crazy!

I’ve also found out that the other Hong Kong channel posts some of their shows on YouTube which I’ve added to my list of to watch.

There are so many shows, so little time!

[2018] 265/365: Perfect Dinner

I completed JJ’s birthday invitations today! They took a while but I enjoyed getting back into graphic designing. #feelingaccomplished

I went over to Andrew’s and enjoyed an amazing gas station bahn mi with him and Scruffy before heading to Scruffy’s.

We made lasagna with mostly vegetable layers and Jamie made butternut squash. Everything was delicious. This lasagna has the best flavour. The only time consuming complaint is having to dry out the zucchini prior to layering.

We’re not watching Netflix’s Maniac. It’s a bit slow but we’re going to stick it out and see how it goes.

 

[2018] 264/365: Simple Dinner

It’s been laziness since after work. A nap and cuddles with Rizzo while binging on Once on Netflix. So lazy that Mum and June were nice enough to grab me some popcorn chicken and a matcha tea for dinner. I guess this is how adult life is …

I met Scruffy, Mallory, and JJ at Chuck E Cheese after work. Scruffy went a little crazy and ordered an extra large pepperoni and mushroom pizza. I was surprised he ate so much though.

JJ was more into watch others play games than eating his pizza this time around. He would occasionally get up and pull tickets out of the machines close to us that people forgot.

I was shocked to see that he wasn’t shy like he was the first time and even went up and gave the creepy mouse a high five!

We played some games and even got to take a group photo though JJ wasn’t too interested. On one of the games JJ didn’t wait for it to finish spitting out tickets and pulled and somehow ended up jamming the machine. We had to get assistance. Haha

[2018] 263/365: Toy Trucks

JJ was mesmerized by the toy trucks in two of the games and even asked if we could open it up so he could get them and play with them. How adorable is that?

This boy is growing up way too fast! Speaking of which … I should really start his birthday invitations.
