Met Liliana’s family and see her hometown. Sweetest girl and I’m glad she’s one of my best friends. Then For The Kids Dance Marathon 2014! Always a grand time with these folks. To see all they are accomplishing makes me so freaking happy.

Trisha finally came to visit me in Houston. We got sushi and what was suppose to be an hour or so became way more. Always fun with this little lady.

Hung out with one of my best friends as of late, Sammy. Got our blueberry beers, ate tacos, played pool, drank, and listened to a live band that did a lot of old covers. They were amazing. We kind of “broke” the pool table … so we’re still 1-1.

Bought the MSI Dominator 17 inch for when I’m away from my desktop so I can still do some graphic designing. Someone asked me for my business card since he has connections to the wedding industry. Merp … one day!

Weekend at the lake for my parent’s 30th Anniversary and Mother’s Day. A surprise for the parents. Brother and Tammy were a surprise for them too. You can see Rizzo tanning after swimming in the lake … then passing out in the shade. I’d say he had fun.

I will, I will, I will get back to this life. I am in the process of thinking of a “business” name and when that takes off I will be able to spend more time with this life again. I really do miss it. I just need to learn to balance my time again.

And lately, this is how I’ve been feeling. Especially after today.

Long time no write, blogosphere. I knew that once I bought this domain, I would slack off. I didn’t know for what reasons but I knew it was going to happen because so many of us have been in the same boat. I would blame my family, my friends, my full time job, my side job, my Rizzo, my music, and my art. But I will never because I love it all too much.

I’m hoping to put blogging back to my life by transferring this blog, yet again, to a new domain under a new name. I’d probably lose readers again but it’s not a big deal since my lack of postings probably helped me clear them anyway. If that does happen, you’ll know it’s me once you see those comments.

For those that don’t know, I’m a Graphic Designer by night and Sissy has been trying to convince me to make a website for that purpose. I’ve taught myself everything I know so I’m still learning, but I’d like to start building in case I do decide to become more focused on it and possibly take a few classes for kicks.

I might make a new website name for it, or I might just use AFM. Or AFM will be shut down and never seen again. I’m not too sure as of yet, but I’m hoping to figure everything out soon. I’m aiming high and could probably fall flat on my face. And if that happens, a nose job from that fall might help my looks. So no worries. Everything will work out in the end.

He got me super angry that I had to write to get over it.

Hello, world. This is going to be a lengthy post so you can just stop while you’re ahead if you like. Life has been a little better on my end. Trying to focus on the positives only and it seems to be working in majority.

The only thing is office gossip about me and this one guy. Apparently we have sparks and everyone can see it but nothing is happening so they’re getting fed up with it. The overall conversation was that I need to get my ass into gear and just put myself out there and not be scared to fall. Yep. My love life is like a television show for my coworkers. You’re welcome, y’all. Glad I can entertain. Don’t forget your popcorn.

I had an hour phone call with Sissy about it. Weird because I rarely talk to my family about my nonexistent love life. She said the same thing … put myself out there and not be afraid. Wonderful.

Today, I had lunch at Spring Creek Barbeque with Lia, Sammy, Saleh, and their friend whose name I do not remember. He has pretty eyes though … The guys just talked to themselves mostly while Lia and I talked about random things. Sammy would comment once in a while. I didn’t even think he was paying attention. Then we went our separate ways.

Joanne me me at my house to meet Rizzo. I haven’t seen her in a year so it’s always a nice time with her. We caught up with so many things then decided to go to Tess’s Ceramics to paint. She had a mug started and I picked a tiny little bowl that has a dog hanging off the side. Perfect for Rizzo to use as a water dish!

We had a super early dinner at Panera Bread and talked about our love life. Her love life. My nonexistent one. Her two cents is that I need to stop being afraid of the past and just go with it. Gah … everyone’s crazy.

Now I’m at Cloud Café. After half a year, I’m finally back and accompanying Joanne since she has to get her studies done. And here I am blogging.

So this post pretty much is nothing but about my nonexistent love life. That I should just get out there and do it.

Advice heard … maybe.
