Trey just showed me this song tonight and I realized I haven’t posted today so I thought I’d stop what we’re doing and share. It’s a sad song, but a sweet, sad song. I’m usually a hater of songs that repeat the same lines over and over again but I ended up loving it. “I wasn’t expecting that …” Get it? haha

Currently listening to these two lovebirds’ album. I wish I had a person to sing with. I love when two voices work perfectly together.

A friend of mine did a duet cover of this song and I fell in love. I’m 99% certain their cover is better than Jessie Ware’s but then again I’m biased when it comes to a male and female duet.

Only for a moment when I force myself to fall asleep can I see your face again and lately, I’ve been asleep a lot. I haven’t picked up a guitar since that day but when I finally do pick it back up, I want to learn this song … even if it reminds me of the past because this song is perfectly written. Also, the way Harris looks at Kenzie is supa cute. I am certain all girls want a guy that looks at them that way.
