I had a fabulous lunch of Sushihana delivery and TVB. Everyone was out of the house so it was perfect. A much needed time alone after a crazy week at work.

[2018] 321/365: Free Krispie Kreme Donut

Mum went shopping with me. I went more to return things as she went to buy things. We stopped by Krispie Kreme on the way back home since Brudda, SIL and Emmy were coming home. Upon walking in we were handed free donuts!!

It’s been a chill day and seeing Emmy was icing on the cake. She is growing up so fast!

[2018] 320/365: Being Vain

I rarely take selfies unless there’s another subject in it with me but I was really liking how everything fell to place and for the first time in a long time I felt a little pretty. I know how vain that sounds.

Lunch was had with Vicky, Salim, and Kieran. Vicky and I grabbed Treebeards while the boys went for some dumplings. It was nice to get far away from work and to listen to their thoughts with everything going on in the company.

After work I headed over to Erin’s and we hung out for a few hours and I even took time to edit her essay she needs to hand in. Man do I miss editing papers. I’m not the greatest but I always have the most fun.

This week has been one of the worst work wise in awhile but having these conversations with different people has helped and even opened my eyes to so much.

[2018] 319/365: Last Supervisor Intern Lunch

Prisila and I took our last group of interns to lunch. Joel joined us as well. We went to Pluckers which is still a meh wing place for me. All their dishes are super salty. Wingstop all the way!

[2018] 318/365: Late Night

It’s been a very stressful week at work so far. But I’m thankful for days or I guess after work hours like today. Prisila, Kieran, Salim and I sat talking until nine at night about everything from work to personal life stuff. It was nice to just talk to people without the stress. We joked that we should go out for a happy hour or something next time because sitting three to four hours at work after hours didn’t make sense.

[2018] 317/365: Supervisor Intern Lunch Part III

Our second to last Supervisor Intern Lunch was had at Fuddruckers today. Joel joined us as well and we had some nice conversations with the interns. So far these are the most talkative ones out of the bunch.

When we headed back to the office Been, Joel, and I decided to take the outside route. Because it was so cold and windy Prisila and Bele took the tunnels. I can still see Bele’s face shreik in horror when she got out of the revolving doors and ran back in.
