Tuesday:

I love my job. Why? Because I have TWO companies as of right now and one of them threw an amazing social at Dave and Busters! Can’t wait for the next social!

Friday:

Day off!

Went to brunch with the sissy then she went off to her mani/pedi and I went home and baked two type of things for the dinner party. It was held at The Powerpuff Clubhouse … aka Samantha’s place.

Funfetti Cake Bars and Brownie Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Dinner is served. Cubed Potatoes, Pot Roast, Green Beans, and Salad.

We hung out the rest of the night and I had a lot of fun just being silly with them. It was Mal and I’s first real party ever since being out of high school. Makes me realize just how grown up we are.

Saturday:

I went to Whole Foods with Mum and June. It’s SO SO SO close to home now. I’m in love … with a store. Don’t judge.

I found these pretty awesome cute pebbled potatoes. They were $4.99 so I sadly had to put them down.

I picked these babies up instead. $2.99 for way more. I used some to make dinner!

Picked up some Shrimp & Chicken Jambalaya. And used the potatoes and made a Sausage, Potato, Veggie Bake. It was a win.

I even got dessert from Whole Foods for the fams.

Sunday:

I went to Madison’s house (Mallory’s sister) and watched the Super Bowl. I made cake balls but there are no pictures. We even went outside and threw the football around. The party pretty much ended when the stadium decided to have a power outage. Good going, guys.

Then Samantha and Mallory decided it would be a good idea to find my blog. Which, I’m not going to lie, if you know me well enough, you can find my blog easy peasily. And they did … Hi Guys. If you’re reading this and you find a picture or something you don’t like that pertains to you, let me know and I’ll take it down! 🙂

It’s been a pretty eventful weekend and this weekend will be even better! Chinese New Year!! Cannot wait!

This past weekend was filled with reunions. Whoop! And it’s nice to see that friendships haven’t died. I mean, yeah I’ve been gone for almost one year. But it’s nice that I’m able to talk to them like I use to. Like nothing’s changed. I know I say that a lot but I’m just so thankful for it all.

I was lucky enough to stay at an old friend’s place. Thanks Jane, Chris, Long & Vy!

I bought them a cake to say thank you. That fruit was delectable.

I even got to see Liliana, Marisol, Andy, Jakob, and Nayeli. We went to Kona and had a fun time just talking and making new memories.

I even got to spend one on one time with Liliana. I miss those. They always make me so happy. I can always tell her SO much. It’s crazy.

 

Sunday was Julia and Noel’s Wedding. Look how precious they are. The love is in their eyes.

I’ve known them since they started college. And they’ve both grown SO SO SO much. They learn from each other and no matter how far apart they are their love stays strong. They never give up when times get rough. They are the definition of love.

High school sweethearts win for this round. Wish them all the best!

They had little snacks for cocktail hour. Yum!

And an open bar … say what?! The little shot glass in the back was our souvenir. Love love love! This would be a Cinnamon Whiskey & Coke. So good!

I drove home right after the wedding. I had a lot of fun. Dancing, photo booths, seeing the two love birds finally celebrating their tying of the knot. Congratulations you two!

Since I came home super late … early Monday morning that is … I took the day off. Got manicures with Samantha and had a lunch date. We went to Ikea, got her a dining table with chairs, helped build one then went to happy hour with Mallory.

We call ourselves The Powerpuff girls. Mallory is blonde … therefore Bubbles. Samantha is a redhead … therefore Blossom. And I have black hair … therefore Buttercup.

I’ve never seen the show but I found it funny that we were like that.

Love them. I get to see them again tomorrow night! Holla!

I’ve been at San Antonio since yesterday afternoon. And it’s so nice to catch up with people I haven’t seen in so long!
