[2013] 007/365: A Lazy Day in Lufkin

My favorite of any days is being lazy. I watch episodes of Doctor Who and even watching multiple Harry Potter movies.

Dexter the cat has been good company. He mostly just wants to be touched. This is the first time I’ve “lived” with a cat. Other than the kitty litter smell, I think they’re pretty cool.

You can see the Valentine’s Day Run from For The Love of The Kids. They gave free things along with it because they are amazing. I did my run yesterday morning before heading to Lufkin but they were having problems with their system. It was in the 50s this time around. Eep … seriously need to start training again.

I’ve been watching THON live online a few hours here and a few minutes there. So wishing I was there but I wouldn’t trade hanging out with Michelle either. Our schedules (mostly her’s now) is so busy that whatever time we can get, I’ll take.

You can stop reading if you don’t want to hear about food.

In any case, hope you all had a great Saturday! I know am. More Harry Potter movies. Relaxation at it’s finest.

I love this place. Whenever I see one I want to go and I was so happy when Michelle said we could stop there for a super late breakfast/late lunch.

I ordered The Supreme Omelet [sausage, bacon, sautéed onions & mushrooms with Cheddar Jack served with an English muffin and seasoned country potatoes] | $9.99

I died … I just love their country potatoes SO freaking much. I can’t even explain it. Their food is so good. Oh and we ate for a while and the inside of my omelet was still hot. That’s how it should be.

If you ever see one of these somewhere, stop by and try it out. If it’s not good, let me know … I won’t stop there.

Ah … you’ve guessed it. Chinese food for dinner.

We got Chicken and Brocolli with Rice & Eggroll, Beef and Brocolli with Fried Rice & Eggroll, and Vegetables and Lo Mein.

Food was good.

I told Michelle that we don’t get to eat this fake stuff at home so it’s fun to do so once in a while. She now has a ton of leftovers. teehee

[…] Lufkin to visit Michelle. I never see her and I miss her so much. Wish we never grew up so that all my friends were in one location. […]
