And just like that, it’s May. How crazy time flies. It’s only normal to start my post on Rizzo and how he stays by me while I work. He was also eyeing my blueberries.
just a couple of delicious thing I made this week. Ramen and stuffed salmon. All too much food saved for another meal. It’s funny how much less I eat during quarantine. Anyone else the same?
I did make a delicious crunchwrap. This reminds me of Pennsylvania. I made these for the first time there when I was visiting Lily and Daniel. So good!
speaking of making yums, I had a fail. J was making ube crinkles which are a type of cookies. Sadly, our flour expired way past the date and gave me a very floury flavour. I trashed them all.
We did get new flour and even picked up some yeast. What should I make?! Give me some ideas please!
I’ve filled my times with facials …
… and backyard chills. Rizzo loves to sit in my lap while my show plays. I lay with my eyes closed and I can hear Rizzo sniffing the clean air.
When I turn off my shows I can hear my neighbor playing softly on his guitar. It sounds like one of the Rebelution songs. It was perfect with the cool breeze.
